TERMS AND CONDITIONS
PLEASE READ AND CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING BEFORE FLIGHT
DAINTREE AIR SERVICES AOC No. TAAOC.0877 retain the right to cancel or alter any tour or charter in any way in the interest of operational requirements, safety considerations and/or passenger comfort. At times Daintree Air operate in extreme environments away from civilisation. Persons booking Daintree Air for transport and tours into designated remote areas should be aware Daintree Air will not be liable for costs incurred by clients which are caused by operational failure of machinery operated by Daintree Air or any of the contractors employed by Daintree Air. Passengers costs incurred due to delays or alterations to advertised tours and/or itinerary's will not be the responsibility of Daintree Air Services but will be the responsibility of the passenger. Daintree Air is a registered and licensed charter business operating strictly under the rules and regulations outlined by the Civil Aviation Safety Authority. Therefore no schedules are advertised and Daintree Air retains the right to amend, alter, and/or change departure times, advertised routes and destinations for all tours and charters. Persons travelling on extended remote journeys are encouraged to take out travel insurance. Daintree Air will at all times endeavour to provide the services and tours as advertised.
Daintree Air Services carry standard Civil Aviation Carriers Liability insurance, insurance for National and Marine Parks is also covered.
PLEASE NOTE for Charter: In cases where Daintree Air Services are unable to complete a charter due to extreme weather conditions, the client will be responsible for payment of the charter in full. The client at the departure/destination aerodrome is required to inform Daintree Air Services or its representatives of extreme weather conditions or hazardous landing areas. However Daintree Air Services will make every effort to obtain accurate weather from whatever sources are available in remote areas.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If the client cancels within 48 hours of the flight the client forfeits the full amount. If the client cancels between 48 hours to 14 days of the flight the client forfeits a 10% deposit. If the client cancels outside 14 days of the flight the client will receive a full refund. If Daintree Air cancel for any reason the client will receive a full refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY for Air Tours: As Air Tours command much organizing and pre-payment of accommodation and tours etc the Cancellation Policy for each individual air tour will be worked through between Daintree Air and the client prior to any payment being forwarded to Daintree Air Services. It is the clients responsibility to be aware of cancellation policies for Air Tours.
